Sometimes you don't want equipment coming in at 14h to be available for the next check-out immediately.
Some bookings require time to prepare up front, for example getting the right equipment together or preparing to ship the equipment.
Other bookings might need some handling time after they come in. Giving you time to go through the equipment, put it back in place, or prep it for the following reservation.
