Sometimes you don't want equipment coming in at 14h to be available for the next check-out immediately.

Some bookings require time to prepare up front, for example getting the right equipment together or preparing to ship the equipment. Other bookings might need some handling time after they come in. Giving you time to go through the equipment, put it back in place, or prep it for the following reservation.

🧳 Kits can be difficult, but it's lovely to have them

Especially when you can add kits within kits for when you have -let's say- a basic camera kit but you would like to add a specific light kit to go with it and best of all, you can track them in one place. Is this important to you? We want to know more.

Do you find it a hassle when you need to flag item by item instead of flagging the entire kit? This might be especially true when you need to send the entire kit for maintenance. How would you benefit from flagging entire kits?

How are you currently bundling equipment needed for a specific and/or recurring project, assignment, situation or scenario? Do you maybe want to group items that usually need to be booked together? Do you perhaps like to make item configurations for for a photo shoot, video shoot, audio recording, ... ?

You can currently assign specific equipment access to a user group in Cheqroom. However, you are limited to linking a user to only one user group. If you would like the ability to link a user to multiple user groups (for example, linking a student to two different classes), please provide your feedback below.
